Sultan Al Neyadi will become the primary Emirati astronaut to head into space and the UAE is the main Bedouin country to send an astronaut to the International Space Station (ISS).
UAE pioneers, His Greatness Sheik Mohamed receptacle Zayed Al Nahyan, Leader of the UAE, and His Majesty Sheik Mohammed container Rashid Al Maktoum, the VP and State head of the UAE and Leader of Dubai, shared their congrats to the astronaut in front of his most memorable official mission.
President Sheik Mohamed container Zayed Al Nahyan said, “I’m glad to praise Sultan Al Neyadi on being chosen as the first Middle Easterner astronaut to burn through a half year on the International Space Station as a component of a mission to commence in 2023. This notable achievement expands on areas of strength for the of the UAE’s prospering space program.”
